Testimonials
"Thanks for helping me get rakeback at Full Tilt, I went from a break even player to growing my bankroll while I improved my skills. Thanks to rakeback, I'm now beating 200nl. Adam was very helpful in answering all of my questions about the rakeback program."
Stephen Reinhardt

"Thank you for teaching me about rakeback. I was depositing and busting my bankroll every month last year, but now with my weekly rakeback I haven't deposited in 6 months. Thanks again."

Cake Poker Rake

SmartRakeback.com

When poker players sit at a real money ring game online or at a casino, rake is taken from the pot by the poker room. The amount of rake taken can vary, but generally it is about 5% of the pot. However, this percentage of rake taken from each pot varies depending on the poker room.

It is very important you are aware of the rake schedules for the poker rooms you play at. This is especially important when deciding which stakes or structure of ring games to play. For example, at ring games the rake rates vary depending on the number of players in the hand, the size of the pot, and the size of the blinds. At some tables you are going to be paying a significantly larger percentage of the pot in rake. It can also have an impact on decisions related to rakeback. Cake Poker has one of the best rake schedules on the internet, compare it to others and you will see this is a great deal.
